Botanica Cabin sleeps two adults, with room for one more adult or an older child, on the Diepklowe Nature Reserve, about 90 minutes (100km) from Cape Town, part of Southern Yurts. It offers luxury glamping for a quick midweek escape or a romantic space for two, with a private wood-fired hot tub, good Wifi with UPS, a cargo hammock and a wood-fired pizza oven. Stays are self-catering, though food baskets can be ordered, and it is pet friendly. The reserve offers hiking trails, trail running, bird watching and a farm dam with a canoe and kayak, with wine tasting, zip lining, horse-riding and farmer's markets within a 30 minute drive.
Glamping that does not skimp: a real kitchen and fireplace inside, a wood-fired hot tub and a nature reserve outside.
Pet friendly on request. Small children <2 years of age are free of charge unless additional linen needs to be provided. No smoking inside any tent or cabin strictly, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Damages must please be reported/replaced. Fire safety is guest responsibility and liability.
