Earhart is a modern off-grid eco pod for two on Untether's olive farm in the Cape Winelands, an hour from Cape Town. It pairs a king bedroom with an en-suite shower, an outdoor shower and an open-plan living space with an indoor fireplace and a fully equipped gas kitchen. Step out to a private deck with a sunken wood-fired hot tub overlooking the mountains and olive groves.
