Galileo is a secluded 30 square metre solar-powered eco pod for two, tucked away among the pine trees and fynbos at untether near Wellington. Inside, there is a king bed, an en-suite shower, an indoor fireplace and an open-plan kitchen with a gas hob, microwave and fridge. The private patio holds a sunken wood-fired hot tub alongside a braai, a potjiekos pot, a pizza oven and an outdoor dining area for long off-grid evenings under the stars.
