Hemingway Untether is a 45 square metre luxury eco pod set in an age-old olive plantation in Wellington, about an hour from Cape Town. Tucked among olive trees and fragrant fynbos, it sleeps two and opens onto a private deck with a pizza oven and a sunken wood-fired hot tub. Inside is an open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, with plush gowns and a picnic basket and blanket for a romantic escape in the fynbos. The pod is 100% off-grid, so load-shedding is a thing of the past.
