Breede River ValleySecret Garden Cabin, part of the Springsteen Cabins collection, is a four-sleeper cabin on a working fruit farm in the Tulbagh Valley. Tucked along a fynbos-clad hillside, it sleeps four across two en-suite bedrooms, both with queen beds and a shower room. Days are spent on the private deck or in the splash pool overlooking the mountain and valley views, and nights star-gazing from the deck or the private wood-fired hot tub, with no light pollution here. Farm life means tractor rides up the historic Oudekloof pass, wine tasting at Oudekloof Wine Estate and hiking or biking the trails, plus a Saturday market with live music and farm produce.
Four sleepers in Tulbagh with a wood-fired tub and a container splash pool. More fun than it has any right to be.
