Western Cottage, one of the largest of six on the Bokrivier farm, sits beneath Pillarkop in the foothills of the Riviersonderend Mountains near Greyton. It has a large living area and three double bedrooms for up to six guests, with an indoor braai, a full kitchen and a private patio with a wood-fired hot tub, outdoor lounge and expansive mountain views. Winter brings an indoor woodburning fireplace for cosy evenings. This 1,523-hectare family-owned working pecan nut farm has over 30km of hiking trails, rivers and dams, with a large grassy lawn for children and pets, and it is pet-friendly.
